1135 the founding chapter 1Chapter 1 Seven years later, he was at NASA being briefed about a new project. They had just completed enough Lunar Blocks to colonize the moon. John was going to be one of several people to live there, and would be in the first group after the pilots who landed these things on the moon. He had worked for a company that built desktop computers, so he was well-versed in how all the parts work. He was also a strong supporter of Linux and understood well how it worked and how to modify it. Also attending was Laura, a blonde with a temper that always held a grudge. 1135 the founding intro chapteIt was 11:30 on a mid-December Monday morning. John Miller handed in his English test and went back to his seat. Another student, Laura Andersen, finished hers shortly afterwards. At 11:35, the fire alarms started buzzing. John put on his coat and gloves as he got up. He put a hat on over his snow-white hair and followed everyone else out the school. When he drew near the exit, he took off his sunshades, revealing fiery red eyes just long enough for him to put a pair of goggles on to better protect his sensitive eyes from the outside light.
